JAMES NEU James Neu is a Project Manager in the Construction and Development division of DBI. Mr. Neu has over five years of field experience in major U.S. cities, including New York and Boston. Mr. Neu worked for two years in Boston as a Construction Manager overseeing projects for corporate clients, private institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. Most recently, Mr. Neu managed a $15 million addition and renovation at a school located in Brookline, MA. Recently, he has provided project management and oversight services to over 15 non-for-profit organizations’ construction projects.
