EDDIE LIMA Eddie Lima is a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Consulting Division of DBI. Mr. Lima’s role is to manage large property losses nationwide including damage evaluations, cost estimating, as well as construction scheduling primarily for insurance and legal clients. Mr. Lima has extensive knowledge of building construction and is well versed in building restoration methodologies. Mr. Lima’s experience also includes several years as a Property Claims Adjuster for State Farm Insurance.

Mr. Lima has consulted on a variety of projects while at DBI. Mr. Lima’s experience includes project management for a property loss and damage claim to a large casino complex, a Six Flags Amusement park with 140 structures and 35 rides damaged by flood, 20 Sav-A-Center grocery store locations across Louisiana damaged by Hurricane Katrina, 17 Pizza Hut restaurants in Florida damaged by wind, hurricane damage to Rice University buildings during construction, as well as municipal buildings throughout Harris County, Texas damaged by multiple perils..
