J. MURPHY O'HALLORAN III John Murphy O'Halloran III is a Field Inspector and Estimator in the Construction Consulting Division of DBI. Most recently, Mr. O'Halloran has consulted on fire and water damage to the corporate headquarters of an internationally recognized brand where the cost of restoration totaled approximately $5 million and the schedule was time sensitive. Additionally, Mr. O'Halloran was assigned to a project involving one of the largest construction projects in the Financial District of Manhattan where construction costs were approximately $2 billion.
