OMER ZWICKEL Omer Zwickel is a Project Manager in the Construction Consulting Division of DBI. Mr. Zwickel has been a part of the DBI team since 2005. During the 2008 hurricane season, he worked as a project manager, supervising staff on consulting assignments in South Padre Island and the Houston area of Texas. Recently, Mr. Zwickel assessed property damage on 20 Texas Southern University structures following 2008’s Hurricane Ike. He also acted as lead project manager on a property loss claim for a prominent private school on the east coast involving a historic building constructed over a century ago. Mr. Zwickel also worked to assess structural and water damage to a 200,000 SF Macys department store in Memphis following a tornado.
