CHARLES G. QUILL Charles G. Quill is a Project Manager in the Construction Consulting Division of DBI. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has played a key role in a number of DBI projects including hurricane, tornado, fire, water, maritime, and builder’s loss claims. Recently, Mr. Quill contributed his expertise and experience to assessing damage for the St. Landry’s Parish School district; the claim included over 1,000 damaged structures following Hurricane Gustave. Additionally, he consulted on a 19th century manufacturing warehouse with a $7 million repair estimate. Mr. Quill is involved in handling a builder’s loss claim stemming from water intrusion damage to a curtain wall system being installed on a new Manhattan high-rise building.
