ALIX FEINKIND Alix Feinkind is a Project Manager in the Construction and Development division of DBI. Ms. Feinkind’s chief responsibility is to oversee the daily activities of project management and oversight assignments to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Ms. Feinkind has consulted on a range of property types including retail, commercial, hotel, academic, and residential projects. Her most recent experience includes providing oversight services for the conversion of an 80,000 SF building in Rome, as well as providing oversight services for the conversion of a historic building in the prominent St. Germaine area of Paris, into facilities with dormitories, offices and classrooms for an American university. Additionally, Ms. Feinkind is also working to reposition a 40-acre seminary in Princeton, New Jersey.
